Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 2026-09-10Version 2026-09-10Ivolved Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, dba Ivolution

In plain English

  • Cancel any time from your Whop membership page. Cancelling stops the next charge and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If it is your first Ivolution subscription purchase and you ask within seven days, we refund it.
  • Renewal charges are not refundable, and neither is an annual term after its first seven days, except where the law says otherwise.
  • Ask for a refund by emailing support@ivolution.io. Whop issues it to your original payment method.
  • Nothing here takes away a refund right that California law, EU or UK law, or your own state or country's law gives you.
  • This summary is provided for orientation only; the sections below are the policy.

1. What this policy covers

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the Ivolution service sold by Ivolved Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Ivolution. It forms part of our Terms of Service and uses the definitions in them. Where this policy and the Terms differ on a refund or cancellation question, this policy governs.

Subscriptions are sold and processed through Whop, our commerce platform and merchant of record. Whop's own platform rules apply to the transaction in addition to this policy, and Whop performs the mechanics of any refund we approve.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, in the same online medium you used to subscribe, with no telephone call and no retention conversation:

  1. Sign in to Whop and open your membership for Ivolution.
  2. Choose the cancel or “manage membership” control.
  3. Confirm. Cancellation is effective immediately as a stop on future billing, and Whop sends you a confirmation.

Cancelling stops the next renewal charge. It does not end your current period: paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then stops. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

If you cannot reach the membership page, or the cancellation control does not work, email support@ivolution.io and we will cancel on your behalf. A request that reaches us before your renewal date is honoured as of that date even if a platform fault delayed it — you will not be charged for a period because our provider's control failed.

Cancelling does not by itself produce a refund of amounts already charged. Refunds are covered by Sections 3 to 6.

3. The seven-day first-purchase refund window

If you are unhappy with Ivolution, we will refund your FIRST subscription purchase in full, provided you request it within seven (7) calendar days of the date of that first charge.

The window applies once per member and once per account, to the first subscription purchase you make, whether monthly or annual. You do not need to give a reason. Approving the refund also cancels the subscription and ends access at that point; a refunded period is not one you also keep.

The window does not reopen on a later purchase. Resubscribing after cancelling, upgrading or downgrading a tier, switching between monthly and annual billing, or purchasing again on a different account controlled by the same person does not create a new first purchase.

4. Renewals and later billing periods

Renewal charges are not refundable, and an annual subscription is not refundable after the seven-day window in Section 3 has passed. Partial periods are not refunded and unused time is not credited, because cancelling leaves your access in place for the rest of the period you paid for.

Your renewal date and renewal price are shown on your Whop membership page at all times, and the automatic renewal terms are disclosed at checkout and repeated in Section 4 of the Terms of Service. Cancelling before the renewal date is how you avoid a renewal charge.

We may make an exception at our discretion — for example where a renewal was charged immediately after a genuine, documented failure of the cancellation control, where a duplicate charge occurred, or where a serious defect prevented you from using the Service for a material part of the period. An exception in one case is not a precedent and does not change this policy.

5. Rights this policy does not limit

Nothing in this policy limits, waives, or replaces any right you have that cannot be waived by agreement. In particular:

  • California residents keep every non-waivable protection of California law, including the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Unfair Competition Law, and the Automatic Renewal Law. Where the Automatic Renewal Law entitles you to a remedy because renewal terms were not properly disclosed or consented to, that remedy is available regardless of the windows in this policy.
  • Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom keep any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to a distance contract for digital services, exercisable in the period and on the terms that law provides.
  • Any other mandatory consumer-protection right under the law of your state or country of residence continues to apply.
  • A refund required by law, by a court, or by the rules of your payment network is made regardless of anything in this policy.

If a term of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable right you hold, the right wins and the rest of this policy stands.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@ivolution.io from the address on your account with “Refund request” in the subject line. Include the email address on your Whop membership, the approximate date of the charge, and — if you are asking for a discretionary exception under Section 4 — what happened.

We acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and decide within five (5) business days of having what we need. If we decline, we will tell you why and what your options are, including your right to raise the matter with Whop or with your payment provider.

You may also raise a refund request through Whop's own support channels. Either route reaches the same decision.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Whop to the original payment method in the original currency. Whop typically completes the transfer within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a further five (5) to ten (10) business days to post it. Ivolution does not control that timing.

We refund the amount charged, including any tax collected on it. We do not reimburse currency-conversion differences, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges applied by your own bank or card issuer.

When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. Discord roles and any indicator access provisioned with the subscription are removed at the same time.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@ivolution.io first. Most billing questions are resolved the same week, and a direct request is faster than a dispute.

Chargebacks are handled by Whop as merchant of record, in accordance with the rules of the card network or payment provider. While a chargeback is open we may suspend the associated access, and where a chargeback is filed on a charge for a period in which access was provided and no refund was due, we may terminate the account and decline future subscriptions. Filing a chargeback does not remove your right to ask us for a refund under this policy, and we will not treat a good-faith dispute as a breach of the Terms.

9. Trials, promotional pricing, and legacy rates

Where we offer a free or discounted introductory period, its length, the price that applies when it ends, and the date it ends are disclosed before you consent, and you may cancel before it ends to avoid the first full charge. A promotional or founding rate is preserved for as long as the subscription is continuous and we have stated that it is preserved; cancelling ends it, and resubscribing is at the then-current price.

Tier changes take effect as Whop's proration rules provide. An upgrade mid-period is charged the difference and does not restart the window in Section 3; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date and version at the top of this page. The version in effect on the date of your charge is the one that governs that charge, and a change is never applied retroactively to reduce a refund right you already had.
